Kevin Brinkmann LL.M.

Kevin Brinkmann advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law.

One of his main areas of expertise is works constitution law. In addition, he advises in particular on the termination of employment and service relationships and the defense against claims for damages by employees based on the General Data Protection Regulation.

Kevin Brinkmann represents companies in court and before conciliation boards.

Employment Law

Kevin Brinkmann studied law at the University of Münster (Germany). After passing the First State Examination in Law, he successfully completed an LL.M. in Business Law with a focus on Labor and Employment Law at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HFH). His legal training included a traineeship at the Labor Court in Bielefeld, Germany. Kevin Brinkmann joined Luther's Hamburg office as a lawyer in 2021. He has been a certified specialist attorney in employment law since 2023. He also completed his training as a mediator in 2023.
