Dr Anna Mayr

Dr Anna Mayr advises domestic and international clients on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, drafting employment, service and cancelation agreements, advising on codetermination rights under works constitution law, including works council elections, and providing representation on conciliation committees. Anna Mayr also advises on corporate restructurings and related staff measures. She further concentrates her legal practice on employment litigation.

Employment Law

Dr Anna Mayr studied law at the University of Passau (Germany) from 2006 to 2011. After completing her legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg (Germany), she worked as a research assistant for Luther’s employment law department whilst working on her doctoral thesis. Anna Mayr was admitted to the German Bar in 2015. Before joining Luther, she worked for the employment and benefits department of an international law firm.
