Euryale joined Luther in 2014 and has since developed proven expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group restructurings, and corporate finance. She began her career in the Corporate and M&A departments of a Big Four firm and a leading independent tax advisor in Luxembourg, gaining six years of experience before joining Luther.
She holds a post-graduate diploma in European Business Law (Master 2/DESS) from the University of Nancy II, France. Her expertise has been recognised by Legal 500 EMEA (2025), with clients praising not only her precision and responsiveness but also her ability to provide guidance that is practical, thoughtful, and tailored to their needs.
Through her thought leadership and market-facing engagement, Euryale contributes to the development of the corporate landscape in Luxembourg. In addition to her corporate advisory work, she regularly advises clients on key compliance matters, including corporate governance, directors’ duties, data protection, anti-money laundering and beneficial ownership, reinforcing her position as a trusted advisor to international and local clients.
