Christina Rygula advises companies from diverse industries on all matters pertaining to intellectual property law, in particular, trademark, design and copyright law, as well as competition and domain law. Her services include developing registration strategies, conducting and advising on legal disputes, drafting and reviewing contracts related to IP law, managing IP portfolios and representing clients in administrative procedures.
Christina Rygula studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany) until 2013 and then went on to obtain an LL.M. degree in intellectual property law from Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland). She carried out her legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg (Germany), part of which involved working in the IP department of an international commercial law firm. Christina Rygula was admitted to the German Bar in 2017.
