Luther starts the financial year 2023/2024 with three new partners and eleven new counsel

Cologne, 04.07.2023 – On 1 July 2023, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft will admit three colleagues to the partnership. Eleven further colleagues will be appointed as Counsel at the same time. The addition of two more partners from other law firms rounds off the promotions at the start of the new financial year.

In addition to the internal promotions, the firm is pleased to welcome new partners Henning Brockhaus for investment and banking regulatory law in Frankfurt and Prof Dr Christian Burholt for antitrust law in Berlin as of 1 July.

We were also able to offer two external partners a new professional home.   • Tim Rauschning joined Luther's Complex Disputes and International Arbitration practice areas in 2012. He specialises in complex disputes, in particular international arbitration. In the energy and infrastructure sector, he advises and represents clients in particular in disputes in all areas of the energy industry.
  • Michael Ströbel is a specialist in M&A transactions and venture capital. He joined Luther's team in 2017 and advises national and international investors and companies on the acquisition and sale of companies, strategic and financial investments and other structuring considerations.
  • Daniel Zintl is a specialist in employment law and advises national and international companies, particularly in the areas of logistics and the supplier industry, on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He has been at Luther since 2008, is a lecturer at the Medical School Hamburg, a speaker at various employment law events and the author of academic publications.
