Luther expands its advisory services in the area of investment and banking regulatory law

Frankfurt, 15.06.2023 – Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft welcomes three new lawyers to its Capital Markets, Banking & Finance team: Partner Henning Brockhaus (47) and Senior Associates Victoria Schöll (43) and Anne Gensert (33) join from KPMG Law.

Background

Henning Brockhaus is an expert in investment and banking regulatory law and has been advising capital management companies, asset managers and institutional investors on investments, day-to-day business and regulatory issues, particularly in the area of securities funds, for almost 20 years. Before joining KPMG Law, Henning Brockhaus worked in the legal department of DWS Investment for several years and thus knows the day-to-day business of his clients from his own experience. Henning Brockhaus studied law in Bielefeld.

Victoria Schöll studied law in Frankfurt. Her focus is on capital market law, investment law and securities supervision law.

The third member of the team, Anne Gensert, studied law in Leipzig, also advises on investment, financial and regulatory issues and is currently completing her doctorate. She will strengthen the Leipzig office.
