At Luther Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Lei Jiang is responsible in particular for the local authority coordination and project management. She supports our clients in the establishment of subsidiaries and branch offices, as well as in the application and administration of company licences and permits. She also provides support in various official approval and registration processes, translation and localisation services, and practical assistance in the implementation of investment projects.

Vita

Lei Jiang studied ‘International Industrial Trade’ at the Jiaotong University in Shanghai. Before joining Luther, she worked as an administration manager for a Chinese investment company and for various international companies in Shanghai, including Carrefour and the EATON Group. Most recently, Ms Jiang worked as the personal assistant to the Vice President of the Würth Group in Shanghai.
