YAO Yuan / 姚远, LL.M. (JLU/Köln)

Yao Yuan speaks German, English and Chinese. She supports Chinese investors in entering the market and investing in Germany, as well as German clients in their business activities in China. Her main areas of expertise are commercial law advice and intercultural communication between the two markets.

Yao Yuan studied law at Jilin University (China) and the University of Cologne (Germany). She obtained a Master's degree in civil and commercial law in China and then worked for a leading Asian automobile manufacturer. In 2014, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Cologne. Yao Yuan has been working for Luther's China Desk in Cologne since 2015.
