Luther advises AG Capital on majority stake in Weber Cleaning Technologies

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has advised AG Capital on its majority stake in the Weber Cleaning Technologies Group. The aim of the partnership is to secure the long-term development of the long-established company and open up new growth prospects.
