Günter Krieglstein

Günter Krieglstein primarily advises companies and business units on the design of organisational structures and processes. He uses innovative, digital solutions in the process in order to raise the potential for efficiency improvements in companies and enable new forms of cooperation. He has a wealth of experience designing and implementing business models and integrating digital solutions into existing enterprise architectures. He helps clients in various industries introduce digital technologies and embed them in their organisation. He is a trained systemic management coach and advises executives on matters pertaining to digital transformation and the related change in the company. Together with the Luther.Solutions team, he is also in touch, and cooperating, with technology partners, consulting partners and start-ups in the field of LegalTech trend-scouting.

Günter Krieglstein studied electrical engineering with an emphasis on data technology in Munich (Germany). From 1994 to 2008, he worked for the audit and tax consultancy firm KPMG and, after the spin-off of the consultancy business, for Bearingpoint in management consulting. In 2008, he moved to Detecon Consulting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom Group engaged in strategy and management consulting. Since 2012, he has also been a trained systemic management coach. Günter Krieglstein has been heading Luther’s Innovation & Digitalisation team since 2019.
