Shannon Charlotte Sopper, LL.M.

Shannon Charlotte Sopper assists companies and business divisions on their way towards digital transformation with a view to improving their business processes, drawing on her experience in developing and implementing legal tech solutions to design more efficient, digital and customer-centric processes. Shannon Charlotte Sopper is a member of the Luther.Solutions team and extends the range of Luther’s legal advice and services to include the strategic planning and implementation of digital solutions (legal tech) and legal project management.

Shannon Charlotte Sopper did her Master’s degree in business law, with an emphasis on digitalisation and law, at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Alongside studying, she worked for almost two years in the compliance department of an internationally operating pharmaceuticals company. After graduating from university, she moved to the legal tech department of an international commercial law firm. Shannon Charlotte Sopper joined Luther’s Frankfurt office as a Consultant in January 2025.

• Examination of the approval process for AI-based medical devices according to MDR and AI Act
