Justina Richter supports companies and business units on their path to digital transformation with the aim of making legal processes more efficient, digital and solution-oriented. She brings with her in-depth experience in the design, implementation and optimisation of legal tech and AI solutions – particularly in the area of contract management. As a member of the Luther.Solutions team, she expands Luther's legal consulting and service portfolio through the strategic planning and implementation of digital solution modules that enable sustainable improvement of internal company processes.

Justina Richter studied commercial law and gained a wide range of experience in the field of legal tech during her studies, including through her active involvement in a student-organised legal tech association. While studying, she worked at a medium-sized law firm and an international company, focusing on contract management. She joined the Luther.Solutions team in Berlin in September 2025.
