Areas of practice
Annette Ill supports companies and business divisions on their path to digital transformation in order to improve their business processes. She uses her experience in the conceptual design of legal tech solutions to design more efficient, digital and customer-centric processes. As part of the Luther.Solutions team, she strategically plans and implements digital solutions (legal tech) and provides legal project management services, thus expanding Luther’s portfolio of legal advice and services.
Vita
Annette Ill is a certified legal office manager and has several years of experience working in law firms. Alongside working, she studies business administration and business psychology, specialising in innovation and marketing. Prior to joining Luther, Annette Ill worked in the Disputes division of an international commercial law firm. She joined the Commercial team in Luther’s Stuttgart office in 2021 and has been working as a legal consultant since 2025.

- Project management (PMO) and conceptual design and implementation of a legal tech solution for a litigation project of a German automotive manufacturer in over 10 jurisdictions
- Process analysis and design and project management regarding a large client mandate in the field of collective employment law. Maintenance of a collaboration and document platform
- Conceptual design and assistance with the implementation of a case management system for a large logistics service provider with facilities in more than 20 locations in Germany
- School construction project in a major city – legal project management within the framework of various procurement procedures
