Nikolina Palkowska supports companies and business units in their digital transformation, helping to streamline legal processes and ensure compliance. She has extensive experience in designing, optimising and implementing legal tech and AI solutions, particularly in contract management, compliance and data protection. As a member of the Luther.Solutions team, she is expanding Luther’s legal advisory and service portfolio by strategically planning and implementing digital solution modules (AI and legal tech) to achieve sustainable improvements in internal business processes.

Vita

Nikolina Palkowska studied law at the University of Bremen, passing her first state examination. She is a certified data protection officer (TÜV) and an insurance specialist (IHK). During her studies, she gained experience working in the corporate law department of a medium-sized firm. After graduating, she gained experience working as a legal consultant specialising in data protection at a law firm. Most recently, she spent two and a half years working as a legal tech engineer at an IT services company, where she developed digital workflows and acted as an external data protection officer. Nikolina Palkowska has been employed as a legal engineer and data protection specialist at Luther’s Hamburg office since August 2025.
