Thomas Fleischer supports companies and business units in the digital transformation and innovative design of their processes from a technical perspective. He draws on his extensive experience in developing and implementing Legal Tech solutions to make corporate processes more efficient, digital and user-friendly. As a member of the Luther.Solutions team, he rounds off Luther’s technical consulting and service portfolio with the technical planning and implementation of digital solution modules (Legal Tech).
Thomas Fleischer started his professional career as an automation engineer, programming PLC modules for industry. From 2010, he then worked as an SQL administrator, which allowed him to gain extensive experience in data science and data analysis. As a project manager, he developed Germany’s first public administration bot (“Govii”) and, in the process, gained valuable experience in the areas of artificial intelligence, neural networks and NLP. He also worked on various IOT and Industry 4.0 projects and helped companies achieve their digital transformation. Thomas Fleischer joined Luther in 2019 as a legal engineer.
