Areas of practice

Tobias-Michael Fuchs supports companies and business units in the digital transformation and innovative design of their processes. He uses his extensive experience in developing and implementing legal tech solutions to make business processes more efficient, digital and user-friendly. He is part of the Luther.Solutions team, which rounds out Luther's legal consulting and services portfolio with the with the strategic planning and implementation of digital solution modules (legal tech) as well as the use of legal project management.

Tobias-Michael Fuchs (Attorney-at-Law Germany) studied law with a focus on commercial and corporate law at the University of Bayreuth (Germany) and the University of Hamburg (Germany). During his studies and his legal clerkship, he worked in the law firm of an international operating audit company in Hamburg. After completing his legal traineeship, he passed the second state examination in Hamburg in March 2021. After working as a lawyer for a legal service provider in Hamburg for almost two years, Tobias-Michael Fuchs joined Luther in March 2023 as a Legal Consultant at the Hamburg office.

  • Process design and implementation as well as maintenance of a Legal Tech solution in a large litigation project of a German automotive manufacturer as well as legal and technical coordination with several participating law firms and the Legal Department
  • Project management in a large legal projetct involving the programming and the implementation of a Legal Tech tool for an automated document generation process with comparison function of previous court correspondence
  • Project management for a digital platform for the maintenance, analysis and creation of legal data points in an electronic file and data management system for a DAX listed company
  • Set-up and integration of an AI environment for an automated legal document generation process using complex templates and up to 800 relevant data points
  • Design and implementation of BI solutions: User workshops, infrastructure and implementation of data analytics tools
