Luther advises software manufacturer Raynet on entry of Pinova Capital

Essen – Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised the shareholders of the software manufacturer Raynet GmbH on the entry of the investment company Pinova Capital. The transaction included a structured bidding process with several interested parties.

Background

The focus areas of the partnership with the investor will be internationalisation and global expansion, in addition to further product development. Raynet will implement its ambitious growth strategy together with Pinova in order to further advance the development of its best-of-breed products and their placement in the market based on its well-established market position.

Apart from expanding its position in the European market, Raynet will focus on business locations in Tokyo (Japan) and Istanbul (Turkey) and also increase its presence in the United States. Founder and Managing Director Ragip Aydin will retain a significant stake in Raynet.

Raynet is a globally active software manufacturer and service provider with more than 100 highly qualified employees. Headquartered in Paderborn (Germany), Raynet additionally has branches in Germany, the United States, Poland and the UK. Raynet has received several awards in recent years, for example in the renowned Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Pinova is an independent investment company that invests in fast-growing technology companies in German-speaking countries with a turnover of between EUR 10 million and EUR 75 million.
