Caroline Risse advises on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law. Her focus areas include drafting employment contracts, assisting with terminations and dealing with works constitution and social security law issues. She also acts as a litigator, representing her clients in labour, social and civil courts.
Caroline Risse studied law with a particular emphasis on employment law in Heidelberg (Germany) and Lille (France). After graduating from university, she worked as a research assistant in employment law in the Berlin office of a commercial law firm. Caroline Risse carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included training periods in the Administration of the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) and in the employment law department of a German commercial law firm, among others. Caroline Risse was admitted to the German Bar in 2021 and joined Luther the same year. Since 2024, she has additionally been a certified specialist in employment law.
