On 1 January 2020, Matthias Wagner will strengthen Luther's real estate practice in Frankfurt as partner together with Counsel Dianusch Nazari and Senior Associate Laura-Jane Williams. The team advises clients on all aspects of real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and asset management. All three come from the Frankfurt office of the international law firm Simmons & Simmons and have been working together for many years.
Matthias Wagner is a lawyer, notary and specialist lawyer for tenancy and condominium law. His clients are predominantly national and international investors, whom he advises on the acquisition, management and sale of real estate portfolios as well as on project developments. In the past, he has regularly assisted in transactions with M7 Real Estate, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, American private equity funds and national family offices. The team also has extensive experience in real estate-related disputes, commercial tenancy law and brokerage law.

Already in October, Ruth-Maria Thomsen, who came from Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, strengthened Luther's real estate division in the Frankfurt office. Thomsen and Nazari know each other from their time together at Beiten Burkhardt.
