Sebo-Franz Krubally

Sebo-Franz Krubally mainly advises and represents doctors, medical care centres and investors in the health care sector on all industry-specific legal issues, in particular, questions of panel doctor and statutory health insurance law. He specialises in advising on medical, corporate and contract law aspects in connection with the licensing, the transactions and the restructuring of out-patient service providers. In addition, he also advises health care institutions on the protection of health data.

Sebo-Franz Krubally studied law in Marburg (Germany) and subsequently worked as a research assistant in Mannheim (Germany), at the Chair of Prof. Dr Jochen Taupitz (Medical and Health Law), and at Hogan Lovells LLP in Frankfurt (Germany). His legal training included work periods in Freiburg (Germany) and Tel Aviv (Israel). Sebo-Franz Krubally was admitted to the German Bar in 2019, following which he worked in a boutique law firm that specialised in medical law and in the legal department of a company in the SaaS industry before moving to Luther.
