As a White Collar Crime, Compliance & Investigations lawyer, Eva Bader represents companies in white-collar criminal and administrative offences proceedings and also defends individuals. In addition, she carries out internal investigations and assists with compliance-related procedures. Furthermore, she advises companies on the implementation and further development of compliance management systems.
Eva Bader studied law with a particular emphasis on tax law at the University of Augsburg (Germany). She carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Augsburg, part of which involved working at Luther in White Collar Crime, Compliance & Investigations. Eva Bader joined Luther in 2024 and is a member of the White Collar Crime, Compliance & Investigations team.
