Luther strengthens team in construction and architectural law

Cologne – Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft is growing once again: construction and architectural lawyer Iris Glönkler will join the Stuttgart office on 1 March 2022. From April, Glönkler will be supported by Annkathrin Egerer-Tratt.

Iris Glönkler, a specialist in construction and architectural law, brings several years of experience in advising medium-sized and large construction companies on all construction law issues, especially in drafting contracts. Achim Meier, Service Line Head Real Estate at Luther, is pleased about the new addition: "In January, we welcomed the public procurement lawyer Tobias Osseforth and his team to Munich." "Glönkler is taking on the task of developing and expanding construction and architectural law advice for Luther in southern Germany and the Rhine-Main region," said Frank Gutsche, Partner at the Stuttgart office.

Glönkler joins Luther from Lutz Abel, as did Tobias Osseforth's public procurement team in January. Both teams have already realised exciting infrastructure projects together at the interface of public procurement and construction law. With their focus and quality, they complement Luther's advisory services perfectly.
