On July 1, 2025, Dr. Katrin Stieß (49) will join the M&A team of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Munich as a partner. Stieß is an experienced and successful consultant in the fields of technology and banking. Most recently, she was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP - also in Munich, where she is well connected.
Dr. Katrin Stieß specializes in national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as corporate restructurings. Her clients mainly include German and international technology companies as well as banks, financial investors and asset managers. Katrin Stieß regularly advises on M&A transactions in connection with the digital transformation of business models.

About Dr. Katrin Stieß:
Katrin Stieß received her doctorate in Cologne and subsequently worked as a lawyer for both Linklaters LLP and Graf von Westphalen. She has worked for Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Munich since 2007, most recently as a partner, where she headed the Industry Business Group Technology for the EMEA region. She is ranked by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Name” in the field of M&A. The industry medium JUVE regularly lists her as an expert in the areas of M&A and PE.
