Luther is “Law Firm of the Year: Germany” and “European Law Firm of the Year”

Cologne – The dynamic and strategic positioning of the law firm was a decisive factor in Luther`s success against all nominees at “The Lawyer European Awards”. Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft was honoured in the categories “Law Firm of the Year: Germany” and “European Law Firm of the Year”.

Background

Elisabeth Lepique and Dr Markus Sengpiel, both Managing Partners at Luther, are delighted about the prestigious awards: “We are very proud of the successes in not one but two categories, which confirm that we are one of the leading law firms thanks to our digital, agile and cross-location orientation. We would like to thank all our colleagues whose daily efforts help us celebrate our success.”

With a diversified range of advisory services, the firm´s international orientation and its focus on five core industries, Luther has established itself as a force to be reckoned with in the market. The “European Law Firm of the Year 2021” is represented in Europe with 13 offices: in Germany as well as in the financial centres of Brussels, Luxembourg and London. Luther is furthermore the largest continental European law firm in Southeast Asia. At the beginning of the year, Luther founded the international organisation unyer together with the French law firm Fidal. In September 2021, unyer was then joined by the Italian law firm Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. Also in 2021, Luther launched the executive education programme “Digital Education & Experience Programme” (DEEP). The programme, jointly developed with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, combines practical aspects from the fields of technology and business with relevant legal issues relating to the digital transformation.
