Luther advises SCALARA GmbH on successful financing round worth over €3 million

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH provided comprehensive advice to SCALARA GmbH and its founders in a successful financing round totalling €3 million. The investment was made by BfW Bank, which specialises in the housing industry and is thus participating in a PropTech company for the first time. In addition, existing partners – including BeyondBuild, Bauwens and neoteq ventures – converted convertible loans totalling around €2 million.

The funds will be used to further expand the digital platform solutions for property managers, with a focus on integrated banking products and digital application processes. SCALARA will remain owner-managed and committed to sustainable, independent growth.

The Luther team led by Dr. Gregor Wecker, an expert in investment and financing rounds, advised SCALARA GmbH on all legal aspects of the financing round.
