Luther advises OGE on expansion of hydrogen strategy through joint venture foundation “evety”

Essen - As a particularly flexible and sustainable source of energy, hydrogen is the energy carrier of the future. In order to support companies and local authorities in the implementation of hydrogen projects, Open Grid Europe GmbH, together with TÜV Süd AG and the management consultants Horváth & Partner, has founded the consulting company "evety GmbH". Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised OGE on all legal aspects of the establishment of the joint venture company.

The goal of "evety GmbH" is to offer consulting services and project support for third parties, thereby creating synergies for further follow-up business in addition to the core business.
