Leipzig Luther Team Advises AOC on Project Sale in Erfurt

Through the forward asset deal, Art-Invest is acquiring a future ensemble of 155 flats and further commercial units in Erfurt on Peter-Vischer Weg for its AIREF residential fund no. 1. Nearly 20,000 m² of gross floor area are to be completed by 2024.

With its investment in the Erfurt project – its first in the "new federal states" – Art-Invest proves that it also invests in real estate outside the top 7 cities.

AOC once again relied on the Leipzig Luther team led by partner Dr Thomas Gohrke for the Coloria sale. Luther had last successfully advised AOC on the acquisition of the Urbanum project in Leipzig.
