Employment law: Luther gains Katharina Müller as a Partner for its Cologne office

Cologne – Katharina Müller (39), LL.M. oec., will join the Cologne office of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as a Partner on 1 May 2021. The certified specialist in employment law previously worked as a Partner at Andersen Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH. Her focus areas include advising at the interface between IT and employment law.


Katharina Müller not only assists national and international companies with their digital transformation, but also advises them on the preparation and implementation of restructuring, outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures. In addition, she provides ongoing support in individual and collective employment law, for example, when entering into and terminating employment and service contracts, when dealing with co-determination issues and when using external staff.

Before joining Andersen as a Partner, Katharina Müller was an employment lawyer at Osborne Clarke in Cologne from 2010 to 2019. She studied law in Bonn and Cologne.
