Marcel Stupp

As a Legal Engineer, Marcel Stupp supports companies in the digital transformation and innovative design of their processes. His primary focus is the automation of legal processes using low-code/no-code applications or robotic process automation (RPA) tools. Drawing on his experience as a Legal Engineer, he helps increase the efficiency of processes and improve communication channels in legal projects. Marcel Stupp is part of the Luther.Solutions team, which rounds off Luther’s legal consulting and service portfolio with digital solution modules (Legal Tech), elements and methods for designing workflows and processes (Legal Design) and legal project management.

Marcel Stupp is studying law at the University of Bonn (Germany). Whilst at university, he also worked as a “working student” in an international fashion group in the past, gaining practical experience in the areas of employment and works constitution law. Marcel Stupp joined Luther’s Cologne office in September 2019.

• Implemented a Legal Tech tool to manage processes in a client mandate regarding the settlement of lawsuits in connection with Corona aid
• Implemented a Legal Tech tool, including workflow management, in a large litigation project
• Optimised and automated data maintenance processes by implementing a robotic process automation (RPA) tool
• Developed and trained an AI system in the area of subsidies: evaluation of annual reports and annotation of documents for AI training purposes
• Developed and implemented no-code process automation solutions
