Areas of practice
Laura Baier specialises in advising on commercial and distribution law, including antitrust law relating to distribution, as well as matters at the intersection with related areas of law. As an experienced litigator, she assists clients with the out-of-court and in-court enforcement or defence of claims before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
Vita
Laura Baier studied law at the University of Mannheim. While still a trainee lawyer, she gained experience at major international law firms, including during a several-month stay in Melbourne. From September 2017 until 2026, she worked as a solicitor at a leading international law firm, specialising in distribution, commercial, and litigation law. Since 2026, she has worked as a solicitor at Luther.
