Kim Larissa Kähler initially studied business law at Leuphana University in Lüneburg (Germany) and at Católica School of Business & Economics in Lisbon (Portugal), graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. She then studied law a the University of Hamburg (Germany) and carried out her legal training, part of which involved working in Hamburg and in London (England). Kim Larissa Kähler joined Luther as a lawyer in 2025.
