"We take staff development seriously. Every young professional working at Luther has a realistic chance of becoming a partner," says Elisabeth Lepique, Co-Managing Partner at Luther. Since 2014, the law firm has been nurturing trainees in the Luther Partner Development Programme. Senior Associates with the drive to become a Partner and the right potential are prepared for the specific challenges of being a Partner, and receive support with developing their own Partner Business Case.

"The fact that two women have won us over this year with their market reputation and outstanding ideas in the Partner Development Programme endorses our method of career promotion," says Markus Sengpiel, Co-Managing Partner at Luther. "Convincing consultants and diversity within the partnership – these are two aspects of our law firm’s strategy to provide our clients with high-quality consulting and continue to further expand our position in legal market in the future. Luther benefits from the potential of new Partners and Counsel – in return, the law firm’s economic growth offers great potential for partner opportunities to continue to grow in the future."

In November 2015, Luther was also one of the first German law firms to participate in the PANDA University Law@EBS event. Panda is the first and only competition for female managers, and was held for female lawyers for the first time in 2015, in cooperation with the EBS Law School in Wiesbaden.
