Luther advises Idinvest Partners on the financing of the acquisition of Piz'Wich by Frostkrone Group

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised Idinvest Partners on the financing of an add-on acquisition for the specialist manufacturer of on-the-go frozen snack products Frostkrone. Idinvest Partners is a leading independent European investment and financing company with a focus on the European mid-cap market.

Idinvest Partners has financed the acquisition of Piz'Wich, a French specialist manufacturer of frozen snack products, by Frostkrone Tiefkühlkost GmbH. Frostkrone, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of frozen finished products, has been a portfolio company of EMERAM Capital Partners since 2017. The deal was closed on April 25.
