Luther advises Capnamic Ventures on seed funding of technology start-up cofenster

Cologne – A VC team from Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft comprehensively advised Capnamic Ventures on the funding of the start-up cofenster. A EUR 1.5 million seed funding round was successfully completed.

Background

Cofenster, a Hamburg-based SaaS tool that enables automated video creation with smartphones, is mainly used internally in companies. The app enables employees to produce high-quality company videos automatically and in line with the corporate branding using their own smartphones. Teams at Beiersdorf, Microsoft, Stada and Carlsberg use it for internal communication, human resources and product communication purposes.

With the funding, the start-up plans to expand its sales and product teams, roughly tripling the size of the overall team by the end of 2021.
