Investment tax law: Luther strengthens its Investment Funds practice with Dr Bela Jansen

Frankfurt a.M. – As of 1 April 2021, Luther expands its Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments team to include the industry expert Dr Bela Jansen (48), who moves from Ernst & Young to Luther’s Frankfurt office as a Partner. Dr Jansen is a German lawyer as well as a tax advisor – these multiple qualifications will benefit investment companies, institutional investors and family offices, among others.

With almost 20 years relevant industry experience, Dr Bela Jansen is a leading advisor in Germany when it comes to investments. He specialises in providing legal and tax law advice on investments from the initiators’ and the investors’ perspectives. Another focus area is the taxation and structuring of pension liabilities and their cover assets.
