Tim Holenburg primarily advises on matters pertaining to tax law. He concentrates his practice on transactions, asset restructuring and asset succession from a tax perspective.

Vita

Tim Holenburg successfully completed his studies in the senior civil service of the Lower Saxony tax authorities in 2021. Before joining Luther in 2024, Tim Holenburg worked for PwC Deutschland GmbH WPG in the Corporate Tax department at the Hanover office.
