Nicole Fröhlich has more than 20 years of experience in the taxation of internationally active companies. Her main expertise has been achieved in the M&A sector where she has led numerous projects on tax optimised structuring, restructuring and financing of groups. Her transactional experience includes advising on the tax implications surrounding mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions as well as due diligence.

Tax Law

Nicole Fröhlich completed her degree in Business Administration in 1998 and was accredited as tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 2002. Between 1998 and 2007 she gained a wealth of experience working for clients at two of the Big Four international tax and audit companies. She joined Luther as a partner in 2008 and is head of the Frankfurt office since September 2021.
