Claudia Hoffmann

Claudia Hoffmann is a Partner and a member of the Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments group at Luther’s Luxembourg office.

She advises domestic and international clients on investment fund related matters.
Claudia advises clients on structuring investment funds, regulatory compliance, and complex financial services matters. She works primarily with financial institutions, investment managers, and clients in the asset management and securitization sectors.

Claudia Hoffmann completed the First and Second State Examination in Law in Germany in 2009, respectively 2011, and was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2012. She obtained her Master’s degree in International Private and European Law from the University of Montesquieu, Bordeaux, France in December 2009. 

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2013.

Prior to joining Luther, Claudia mainly worked for a very well-known national law firm and an international law firm in Luxembourg.

Claudia is an active member in serval industry groups and regularly participates in conferences.
