Dr Manuel Seidel advises in particular on the structuring, establishment and distribution of alternative investment funds, with a special focus on supervisory law. He further assists fund managers throughout the life cycle of a fund and also advises investors and fund service providers.

In addition to the above, Manuel Seidel advises on all notarial matters.

Dr Manuel Seidel studied law at the Free University of Berlin (Germany) and earned his doctorate at Humboldt University in Berlin. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2016 and worked in private investments at Poellath until 2021. In 2019, he successfully completed his Master’s in taxation at the University of Münster (Germany). He commented on the regulations on open-ended investment limited partnerships in Emde/Dornseifer/Dreibus (legal commentary on the German Capital Investment Code). In 2023, Manuel Seidel passed the professional examination for notaries.
