Antonia Schmidt

Antonia Schmidt advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, in particular in the areas of venture capital and private equity. She further advises on all current corporate law issues, including the formation and dissolution of companies and general corporate governance topics.

Antonia Schmidt successfully completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) programme with an emphasis on business and medical law at the University of Mannheim (Germany) in 2016, following which she initially worked as a consultant in the financial advisory department of an international audit firm. She then studied law at the University of Mainz (Germany) and, from 2021 to 2023, carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main (Germany).  Antonia Schmidt joined Luther as a lawyer in 2023.
