Véronique Fromenteau’s practice focuses on asset management, investment and insurance supervisory law. She has experience in advising national and international clients on the establishment of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds in the form of regulated and unregulated vehicles. Her advisory services cover all corporate, contractual and regulatory aspects of the ongoing operation of the funds. In addition, Véronique Fromenteau advises institutional investors on the investments in such vehicles.
Véronique Fromenteau studied law in Munich and Paris. She holds an LL.M. in European and International Law from the Europa-Institute of Saarland University, as well as an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg. Following her admission to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018, Véronique Fromenteau worked in the area of asset management and investment funds for several renowned international and independent law firms in Luxembourg. She was admitted to the Cologne Bar Association as a European lawyer in 2021 and as a German lawyer in 2024. Véronique Fromenteau speaks German, English and French.
