Miriam Misterek

Miriam Misterek advises domestic and international clients on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, as well as on dispute resolution, in and out of court.

She further specialises in advising on the tax and social security aspects of socially acceptable staff reductions.

Miriam Misterek studied law at the University of Bonn (Germany). During her legal training, she worked for a nationally operating business law firm in Cologne (Germany) and for the German-Slovenian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ljubljana (Slovenia), amongst others. Miriam Misterek joined Luther as a lawyer in 2022.
