Maximilian Issels specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on issues arising in connection with national and international transactions, mergers and incorporations. In addition, he advises businesses, especially companies from the media/IT, energy and life science industries, on commercial and regulatory matters.
Maximilian Issels studied law at the University of Munich (Germany), also completing a study period abroad at the University of Salamanca (Spain), and then carried out his legal training in Munich. Whilst working towards becoming a lawyer, he already worked in the legal department of one of the “Big 4” audit firms in the area of corporate law. Maximilian Issels joined Luther in 2021.
