Magdalena Pütz, Maître en Droit

Magdalena Pütz advises domestic and international companies on all matters pertaining to company law, in particular, the formation of companies and M&A projects.

Corporate/M&A

Magdalena Pütz studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) and at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris (France), graduating in Paris with a Bachelor’s degree in French law and with her Maîtrise in private international law. During her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, she inter alia worked at various international commercial law firms in Germany, as well as at a law firm in South Africa. Magdalena Pütz joined Luther in 2023.
