Lukas Kreutner specialises in advising clients on cybersecurity matters. He focuses particularly on ensuring the legal compliance of IT security frameworks, supporting incident response measures and implementing regulatory requirements in the field of cyber compliance. Examples of this work include projects relating to NIS-2, DORA, KRITIS and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Lukas Kreutner studied Law at the University of Cologne from 2017 to 2023. From 2023 to 2024, he expanded his legal expertise by undertaking an LL.M. programme in 'Law of Digitalisation' at the same institution, focusing specifically on the legal challenges of digital transformation. He completed his legal training with placements in Cologne and Shanghai. In Cologne, he undertook his core and elective placements in the IT law department at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. In Shanghai, he gained valuable experience advising German companies in an international context at the Shanghai branch of German Industry and Commerce (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Mr Kreutner was admitted to the bar in 2026.
