Linda Winkler attended a language school in Miami Beach, Florida (USA) for a period of nine months. She then studied law, with an emphasis on public business law, at Georg August University in Göttingen (Germany). After graduating from university, Linda Winkler carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Münster (Germany), which included working for the German Federal Real Estate Institute (BImA) in the areas of portfolio management and public procurement law.
