Katharina Schnetzer supports Luther Public Services in the areas of public relations, internal organisation and portfolio development. With a specialist background in public sector consultancy and administrative reform, she shapes the organisation’s strategic public image and oversees interdisciplinary projects. Her expertise encompasses the analysis of complex transformation processes, the development of sustainable business models, and the communication of complex content. In doing so, she combines strategic planning with operational implementation in the public sector.
Katharina Schnetzer is an industrial engineer (M.Eng.). Whilst studying, she worked for almost three years at the Fraunhofer Institute UMSICHT, where she analysed circular business models and developed sustainable recommendations for the business sector. She subsequently worked as a consultant at the Federal Employment Agency, developing strategies for career prospects and sustainable integration into the labour market. She has been with Luther Public Services since 2026.
