Jenny Tsynn

Jenny Tsynn concentrates her practice on public procurement law. She advises and assists contracting authorities with their procurement activities and supports the public sector as well as businesses as participants in invitations to tender. Jenny Tsynn advises on all matters at the interface between public procurement law and antitrust and budgetary law.

She has experience in the areas of public transport, urban development, the energy industry and IT procurement, among other things.

In addition, she also advises on corporate law issues, including in relation to municipal enterprises.

Jenny Tsynn studied law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg in Halle (Saale) (Germany) and at Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing (China). As part of her legal training at the Regional Court of Halle in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt, Jenny Tsynn also completed a training period in the corporate law department of an international business law firm in Almaty (Kazakhstan). Jenny Tsynn was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and joined Luther the same year.
