Jade Timmermann

Jade Timmermann specialises in public procurement law. She advises in particular contracting authorities on Europe-wide procurement procedures, with a particular focus on geothermal projects. Her services include, among other things, drafting tender documents, answering bidders’ enquiries, evaluating bids, handling bidders’ complaints and dealing with all related public procurement law issues. In addition, Jade Timmermann also has experience dealing with business and public law issues.

Public Procurement Law

Jade Timmermann studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Germany) and also spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Texas at Austin (USA). She carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Leipzig (Germany). Alongside her work, she completed a Master’s degree at the University of London (England).

Jade Timmermann worked as a research assistant in civil procedural and private building law, among other things, and as a consultant dealing with planning approval for road construction projects.

She joined Luther in July 2022.
