Francesca Morschbach, LL.M.

Francesca Morschbach helps contracting authorities and companies plan and implement domestic and Europe-wide procurement procedures. Her practice focuses on preparing the tender documents, publicly announcing and handling the procurement procedures on various e-procurement platforms, in particular with regard to applicants’/bidders’ queries, and closing the procurement procedures with the required public announcements and notifications.

Public Procurement Law

Francesca Morschbach studied law at Arden University in London (England). In 2021, she worked for the German law firm SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), where she was on the M&A team. She then went on to deepen her knowledge of the law by participating in a Master of Laws programme in Air and Space Law at the University of Mississippi (USA), where she was employed at a Chair of International Air Law. In 2022, she won the IATA Constance O’Keefe Writing Award. Francesca Morschbach joined Luther as a Legal Consultant in September 2023.
